Tunstall Group Holdings Limited (“TGHL”, “Tunstall” or the “Group”) takes its Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) responsibilities seriously and monitors compliance with its goals, targets and responsibilities at least annually at the TGHL Board. This is then reported to its ultimate parent company lenders and Shareholders.
Sustainability Strategy
Tunstall’s strategy is to create a work place environment which:

Protects our environment for future generations through efficient manufacturing practices whilst reducing the environmental impact of our product and service delivery, and

We will strengthen our expertise, measure and monitor our ESG performance and improve over time, including formal assessments of ESG compliance, risk and opportunities.
ESG Pillars
Tunstall have developed an annual compliance questionnaire based on a framework developed by the European Leveraged Finance Association’s model (ELFA) and Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), built around the Environmental, Social (employees, customers/community & data security) and Governance pillars.
A series of measurable targets have been set and are being tracked to monitor performance against the Group’s ESG strategy.
Through its ESG Framework , Tunstall either directly or indirectly supports the applicable UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Supply Chain
Our reputation is very important to us, our partners and our clients. We won’t knowingly do business with any organisation that doesn’t share our commitment to dealing with stakeholders fairly and ethically. Our approach to procurement is based on the principles of competitive tendering and dealing with suppliers in a fair and open manner.

Environment
We believe in the principle of caring for the environment and continually strive to incorporate environmental good practice into our workplace, taking a sustainable approach to waste management and minimising our use of resources across the business.
We are focussed on improving our energy efficiency, manging our wastage responsibly and reducing our carbon emissions. Having taken large steps in our commitment to delivering a paperless office, minimising business travel is also an important part of our work and we provide teleconferencing facilities to help colleagues reduce the need to travel for meetings.
We are committed to practices that encourage and support recycling of materials and responsible disposal of products and consumables.
